One-On-One Italian Language Courses
 CLIDA
was one of the first Italian language schools to organize one to one or
individual Italian classes to answer the specific needs of our
students. The One-on-One Italian language classes vary from a minimum
of 2-4 hours a day to a maximum of 100 hours in nine days. Each student
is considered individually for whom we organize, prepare and execute an
ideal Italian language program which combines the personal needs of the
student with the time he or she has to study Italian in Italy.
Each student receives personalized care, and depending on his or her
language goals and available time to study, CLIDA organizes an
individualized lesson plan for that student.
In as little as two to three weeks, One-on-One students can expect a
solid level of proficiency in both written and spoken Italian language
and will be able to communicate effectively. CLIDA offers a variety of
scheduling options to meet every student's needs.

This Italian language course is ideal for those who have limited free
time to dedicate to Italian language studies. Personalized also for
those attending a group course in the morning and want to complement it
with a one-on-course that is more tailored to their needs.

This Italian language course is perfect for those who would like to
have half days free to further their studies or simply enjoy all the
treasures Florence has to offer.
- Frequency: 4 hours per day - 5 days per week

This Italian language course is the best for students with no previous
knowledge of the Italian language and wish to obtain verbal and written
proficiency in a relatively short period of time.

Course D7
This highly intensive Italian language course is ideal for students who
want to learn written and spoken Italian is a short time. This course
includes a visit to an Italian restaurant. Typically, lessons are held
in the mornings and in the evenings, with afternoons free.
- Frequency: 7 hours per day - 5 days per week (35 hours)
- Advised Minimum Study Period:1 Week
- Typical schedule: Lesson from 9:00 to 1:30PM; free afternoon; evening lesson/dinner from 8:00 to 10:30PM.

Course D8
In addition to a full day of lessons, this intensive Italian language
course offers the opportunity to practice Italian conversation and
other verbal exercises in the delightful atmosphere of Italian
restaurants during lunches with their teacher.
- Frequency: 8 hours per day - 5 days per week (40 hours)
- Advised Minimum Study Period: 2 Weeks

Course S9
Our most intensive One-on-One Italian language course packs 100 hours
of instruction into just 9 straight days. This course is designed for
those with little time to learn Italian but with a lot of motivation.
Breaking up the 11-hour days, students and their teacher will attend
lunch at a Florentine restaurant.
- Frequency: 100 hours in 9 days

Course WS3
This three-day crash course is conducted in a relaxing family
environment. Spanning Friday, Saturday and Sunday, a total of 25 hours
of lessons will be taught in the comfort of the home of CLIDA's
directors. Lodging, which is included in the cost of the course, comes
complete with all meals.

Course GD1
This Italian language course combines group and one to one Italian
language courses. The group Italian lessons are held in the morning
from 9am to 1pm, and the one daily One-on-One lesson takes place in the afternoon. Class is every day from Monday
through Friday. The students who join our GD1 course are also free to
attend the culture/conversation classes in the afternoon.
- Structure: 4 hrs. of group language lessons and 1 hr. of One-on-One lessons
per day
- Course start: Beginners are kindly invited to start the course on the dates indicated in the calendar. The others may begin any Monday.
- Duration: This
course can be taken for a minimum of 2 weeks and upwards. There are
altogether 9 levels of the group course; each level lasts 4 weeks.

This Italian language course combines group and one to one Italian
language courses. The group Italian lessons are held in the morning
from 9am to 1pm, and the 2 daily One-on-One lessons take place in the afternoon. Class is every day from Monday
through Friday. The students who join our GD2 course are also free to
attend the culture/conversation classes in the afternoon.
- Structure: 4 hrs. of group language lessons and 2 hrs of One-on-One lessons per day

Starting Dates: Generally One-on-One "D" courses start every Monday. The S9 course starts on Saturdays.
